Settlement between Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, regarding a garden of trees for fifty tumans. A note on the margin reads: "the wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza (daughter of Habib Allah) and the wife of Aqa Mirza Mahmud (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn) confirmed this and signed it." Another note on the margin reads: "when Aqa Muhammad Riza was alive, he stated that this garden belongs to his wife as part of her mahr, dated November 7, 1895." A note on the verso reads: "the settlement of Aqa Mirza Mahmud's land"

The document reads, in part: ""Dividing the ownership of a building in the Labrud neighborhood, close to the Zaraghush river, among the heirs of Haj Sadiq (son of Aqa Muhsin), namely Aqa Mirza Husayn, Aqa Mirza Muhammad, and Sakinah Khanum (the daughter of Aqa Jaʻfar) as follows: the lady inherits two sixths of the building, which includes [?], the storage room and the Harzah-push above it, half of the common space of a house, the stable, the hay storage space, the garden, the small pool, and the bathroom. Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Mashhadi Habib, the son of the late Husayn ‘Amu, appoints his younger brother, Ni‘mat, as the executor of his will and Karbalayi ‘Askar, the son of ‘Ali Pasha, as the overseer while he [Mashhadi Habib] travels to Karbalaʼ. They are responsible for giving ten mans [unit of area] of his share of a garden to his wife, Munavvar, as her mahr. A third of his belongings should be in Ni‘mat's hands for use on khums, the payment of his debts, ta‘ziyah, and charity.

Settlement between Gawhar Taj Khanum and her grandson, 1926
Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.
